A recreation of faculty life, in which two institutes compete by the
only means available to them. Last faculty standing prevails.
How it works
Each piece moves a fixed number of steps, vertically or horizontally or both —
full professor 3, associate 2, assistant 1. It must spend every
step, and can't jump over a piece.
Land on a rival piece to remove it.
Reach the far rank and your piece is promoted — assistant to associate,
associate to full professor.
